Optilife Academy is a self-guided, step-by-step online course that will walk you through how to build lifelong healthy habits. You will complete the course by watching short educational videos, reading written materials, completing action steps, and applying educational tools to your everyday life.

Meet Our Team

Andrew Wade
Andrew Wade, MS, RDN, LDN, CSSD is a Registered Dietitian, and owner of A.M. Wade Nutrition Group LLC in Pittsburgh, PA. A.M. Wade Nutrition Group, or “Case Specific Nutrition” is a Dietitian Group Practice, with contracts servicing fitness centers, corporate wellness initiatives, health and rehabilitation sites, and family medical offices. Andrew received his Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Dietetics & Nutrition from the University of Pittsburgh in 2012, and completed his Dietetic Internship at Adagio Health in 2013. Andrew completed his Master’s in Wellness & Human Performance at the University of Pittsburgh in the Fall of 2015 and is currently credentialed as a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). In addition to his practice, Andrew is the author of the e-book “Marathon Ready Runner’s Nutrition Guide: a quick reference tool”, sits on the Board of the Pennsylvania Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as the Diversity Chair Task Force leader, and writes and blogs for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and his blog pittsburgh-dietitian.com

Ryan Wade
Ryan Wade, CPPS, CSCS is a human performance and fitness professional and former collegiate wrestling coach, and author of the book “The Parent’s Guide To Developing Young Athletes” from the Pittsburgh area who has helped hundreds of people throughout Allegheny County reach their fitness goals and improve their health through his business WadeTrained Performance and Fitness since 2014.
Ryan has used his years of experience working with people of all ages and ability levels improve their health, lose fat, build strength and improve their overall quality of life. At WadeTrained Performance and Fitness, Ryan tries to bring a personal touch and individual experience to each member to help them meet their goals… Ryan believes there is no “One size fits all approach to fitness,” and has been massively successful helping people who have never had success in a “traditional gym” achieve amazing results!

Travis Grubesky
Travis Grubesky has developed multiple online education courses. He is a specialist focusing on course creation, website construction, and participant engagement. He serves as Technical Director for the Optilife Academy.
