Optilife Academy is a self-guided, step-by-step online course that will walk you through how to build lifelong healthy habits. You will complete the course by watching short educational videos, reading written materials, completing action steps, and applying educational tools to your everyday life.

Andrew Wade
Andrew Wade, MS, RDN, LDN, CSSD is a Registered Dietitian, and CEO of Case Specific Nutrition. Case Specific Nutrition is a Dietitian Group Practice with 8 locations and contracts servicing fitness centers, corporate wellness initiatives, health and rehabilitation sites, and family medical offices.
Andrew received his Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Dietetics & Nutrition from the University of Pittsburgh and completed his Dietetic Internship at Adagio Health.
Andrew completed his Master’s in Wellness & Human Performance at the University of Pittsburgh and is currently credentialed as a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). In addition to his practice, Andrew is the Co-Owner Case Specific Meal Prep, Founder of the Chronic Disease Health Alliance Non-Profit, Producer of the CSN3M Mindset Monday Podcast, Creator of the mobile app “Rate My Day“, Co-Founder of the Optilife Academy, and Author of the E-book “Marathon Ready Runner’s Nutrition Guide: a quick reference tool”. Andrew is a mentor to Dietitians, Medical Professionals, Entrepreneurs, and sits on the Board of the Pennsylvania Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as the Nutrition Services Payment Specialist.
